KBR is committed to the goal of becoming an inclusive and globally diverse employer of choice for the best and brightest talent from around the world. To achieve that goal, it’s imperative for us to listen to our people to learn what we’re doing well and to discover the areas where we can improve. To that end, we held a People Perspectives global employee survey, in which we asked our people to share their insights about KBR’s culture, employee experience, and compensation and benefits.
