Inclusion & Diversity
Our employees are the heart of everything we do, and we are dedicated to creating collaborative environments that transcend cultures and geographical boundaries, where all ideas, viewpoints and input are heard, respected and considered. We’re also committed to ensuring that every employee feels valued and part of the ONE KBR team of team, regardless of race, religion, disability, sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity or expression. We believe that all our individual differences and perspectives are valuable. By embracing those differences and working together, we’re more innovative and resilient, safer, and better prepared to conquer any challenge.

The Armed Forces Community employee resource group welcomes all veterans, reservists, spouses and supporters from across the KBR organization. This ERG seeks to represent a key group within our organization. Members of this community sacrifice things on a physical, mental and emotional level that can only really be understood if you have experienced them firsthand. Moreover, those sacrifices, and the impacts of them, stay with people long after they have stopped wearing the uniform or supporting someone in uniform. We want to support those community members both within and outside of KBR whilst providing flexibility for chapters to meet the most pressing local needs.
