Sustainability Culture
At KBR, we truly believe that our people are our most valuable resource, and we want to make sure that every employee who joins our team of teams always feels safe, secure, valued, included and supported, regardless of whether they’re working on a job site, in an office environment or remotely.
Sustainability Culture
At KBR, we truly believe that our people are our most valuable resource, and we want to make sure that every employee who joins our team of teams always feels safe, secure, valued, included and supported, regardless of whether they’re working on a job site, in an office environment or remotely.

KBR’s Zero Harm culture was founded on the genuine belief that the goal of zero safety incidents is achievable, both at work and in our personal lives. That culture has been expanded to include KBR’s commitment to ESG (environmental, social, governance). Not only are we committed to industry-leading safety standards, but we’re also committed to making decisions that count toward becoming a more socially and environmentally sustainable company.
Sustainability
Sustainability — not just as it pertains to the environment but with respect to the total ESG landscape — has rightfully become an area of critical global focus. As such, the world is experiencing a shift toward ways of doing business that require governments and companies to be better stewards of the earth and its resources for the benefit of all people. It’s about doing what’s right for our planet, our people, our communities and our business.

Mental Health & Fitness
In addition to physical health, safety and security, KBR’s Zero Harm commitment also includes supporting the mental health and well-being of each employee. Each of us is in our own place on the spectrum of mental health. Internal and external factors in our lives affect where we are on that spectrum. Are we thriving in our current situation? Are we struggling? Do we need help? Mental health naturally affects the way we approach our lives, including the way a person performs any job or task required. Our employees work in some of the most demanding, complex situations imaginable, so it is imperative that they feel supported and have access to the resources they need to help stay mentally fit in their personal and professional lives and perform their best.
OK NoW
OK NoW is KBR's network of well-being providing employees with valuable resources to help employees stay mentally fit. At KBR we advocate building personal resilience and educating people on the best ways to take care of themselves. The OK NoW group tackles difficult conversations and works to change the culture around mental health through providing information, lunch and learns and tea and talks. OK NoW is currently only based in the U.K., but there are plans to expand across the global KBR community in the near future.
